It’s Your Journey:  Explore, Discover, Evolve & Blossom

Discover your true voice as you evolve and blossom through experiential study

Are you interested in teaching yoga with skill, confidence and clarity?   Do you have something to say - or give - but lack the information or credentials to express your unique voice while teaching a group yoga class?  Perhaps you simply want to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga by immersing yourself in an in-depth program of study.

The Yoga Teacher Empowerment Training  & Certification Course (YTETCC) is designed to guide you in your highly personal and individualized journey to becoming the yoga teacher you are meant to be. Many programs do a great job creating "cookie cutter" yoga teachers, trained to teach a particular style or tradition of yoga.  This unique program, on the other hand, is designed for dedicated yoga practitioners of all traditions who want the freedom to empower themselves in uncovering the yoga teacher that is already present within.

Learn Through Experience, Discernment, Intuition & Assimilation

De-emphasizing the role of classroom lectures and memorization assignments, our trainees will receive a highly experiential, yet comprehensive training highlighted by extensive yoga practice, group discussions, journaling, multi-media presentations, Q&A sessions and teaching practicum.  Topics covered will include the art and science of yoga asana, including an in-depth investigation of sophisticated, elegant and skillful sequencing, yoga anatomy and physiology, therapeutic applications, teaching beginners, and the integration of multi-layered themes into a single class.  Other topics include down-to-earth yoga and Buddhist philosophy, and the practical application of pranayama, meditation, and subtle anatomy.  Through personal experience and evolution, you will witness and feel the transformative power of practice in your life.   Through discernment, intuition and self-study, you will embrace and retain that which resonated with your deepest longing and knowing, leaving you with the skills to teach from the heart with compassion, authenticity and presence.

There is no path to happiness.  Happiness is the path.  -- The Buddha
